Completed Projects

Since 1991, NDC Management has developed and completed numerous projects, especially the development of office buildings, hotels, residential and commercial buildings, and the renovation of prominent buildings under historical protection, in Berlin and Potsdam.  

One of our first projects from 1991 is also one of Berlin’s most renowned 5-star hotels. The luxury hotel Brandenburger Hof in Germany’s capital is located close to the famous Kurfürstendamm shopping strip and welcomes its guests in the former Prussian palace from the 19th century with a total of 72 guest rooms and suites.

The “travel hotel” with 102 rooms, breakfast area, and conference rooms is located in close proximity to the government district and the parliament and was constructed and completed in mid 2007 for a Danish investor. The structure of this new building is shaped, in contrast to the neighbouring bunker tower, as a concave curved panel, and stands out between the bunker and the Ukrainian embassy.

Complex at the Hackescher Markt, Berlin

Between 1999 and 2003, NDC concentrated on rebuilding and renovating a complex made up of a total of approx. 10.550 m² floor space over several properties at the Hackescher Markt in Berlin-Mitte. The complex included the baroque building ensemble from 1752 Neue Promenade 5, the architectural monument and formerly palatial residential and commercial building Neue Promenade 3, Hackescher Markt 4, Große Präsidentenstraße 10 („Hackescher Block“), as well as the newly constructed office and commercial buildings Neue Promenade 4 and Große Präsidentenstraße 9, where today the Federal Offices for Public Law, the Federal Chamber of Tax Advisors and the FFA (Institute for Sponsoring and Promoting Films) have their headquarters.
