Completed Projects

Since 1991, NDC Management has developed and completed numerous projects, especially the development of office buildings, hotels, residential and commercial buildings, and the renovation of prominent buildings under historical protection, in Berlin and Potsdam.  

The historically protected residential and commercial building is located in a top retail location in the pedestrian area Brandenburger Straße, close to Potsdam’s Brandenburger Gate. The building was built in a baroque style in 1740 during the time of Friedrich Wilhelm I. In cooperation with the Historic Preservation Office, NDC completed the extensive renovations in the winter of 2006.

This extrordinary mansion was built in 1906 in an italian renaissance style for Friedrich Sarre. The mansion has been under historical protection since 1977 and was restored to its original state in 1997. The typical double sliding doors, stucco, parquet floors, wooden box windows, and other historical attributes retain the original flair of this representative building.

The late classical mansion from 1879 was extensively restored in 1997/98. Together with the Historic Preservation Office, NDC was able to retain one of Potsdam’s most interesting classical mansions and a gem of Potsdam’s architectural art.
