Hotel Casa Camper, Rosenthaler/Weinmeisterstraße 1, Berlin NDC Management built a most individual independent hotel in Berlin’s most lively centre, the Hackescher Markt, for the Camper Group. Starting July 2009, the Hotel Casa Camper offers 54 rooms, reception, breakfast area and conference rooms. The Spanish cook has already been ordered. Hasta la vista Casa Camper! |

easyHotel, Rosenthaler/Linienstr, Berlin In June 2007, NDC entered a joint venture with easyGroup London. In the future, NDC will exclusively develop all easyHotel projects Germany. There are plans to build 10 hotels (e.g.. in Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, and Frankfurt) in the next 4 years. The first hotel is under construction at the Hackescher Markt in Berlin. The distinctive corner building will have 125 rooms, reception, and an apartment for the management staff. The topping-out ceremony will take place on 30 July 2009. Medical CenterFranz-Jacob-Strasse, Berlin The medical center Franz-Jacob-Strasse 10 is located in the center of the ever expanding residential district Lichtenberg and offers a wide spectrum of ambulatory care for the entire area on an area of approx. 7.500 m². Polikum, as a medical center, cooperates with the resident doctors and complements the offered medical services in the facility. The ground floor also houses a shop area in which products of all brands in the health care industry can be found. The building was completely renovated in 2007/2008 and is currently in process of remodeling the 2nd upper level for expansion areas for Polikum. |

Flagship and Conference Hotel of the nH hotel group, Medienhafen, Berlin We are currently building a large conference and banquet hotel for nH Hoteles at the „Osthafen” in Berlin which will hold with approx. 309 rooms, a conference centre, restaurants, and wellness areas. NDC Management has commissioned BAM to deliver the project turn-key ready. BAM has already built the O2-Arena and will be building the main building of the Schönefeld airport. The star architect Tchoban from nps Tchoban Voss GbR designed the roofing with a protruding „crane building“, which will set an unmistakable mark at the Osthafen. The interior architecture and design was created by Karim Rashid from New York. His unconventional ideas will create a sensational international designer hotel.
