Conference Hotel of the nH Hotel Group, Willi-Brandt-Platz, Wolfsburg For nH Hotels we are planning a 4-star business and conference hotel directly across from the main train station in Wolfsburg. The building, which was designed by star architect Tchoban (nps Tchoban Voss GbR) and will be shaped like a gate, will convey a feeling of openness and allows for direct access from the train station to the city’s main shopping strip. There will be approx. 200 rooms, conference facilities (rooms for up to 400 persons), restaurant, bar, wellness area, etc. |

Student Apartment Building on the TU Campus, Marchstraße, Berlin In Berlin-Charlottenburg around Ernst-Reuter-Platz and in close proximity to the central science and management installations of the Technical University Berlin, NDC is currently developing a property with approx. 4.500 m² for the location of a student apartment complex with approx. 25.000 m² usable floor space. There will be approx. 480 student apartments in various sizes, as well as community areas and shops. |
